Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Last updated:

All sales are final. KTO Resells does not offer refunds. Exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.

1. Agreement

By placing an order with KTO Resells (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and Refund Policy. You confirm you have read and accepted them at checkout. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. All sales final — no refunds

Because every pair is a limited, individually-sourced item, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, buyer’s remorse, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please review the product photos, condition, and size carefully before purchasing.

3. Exchanges only

We offer exchanges only, where stock allows, under these conditions:

4. Authenticity guarantee

Every pair is inspected and sold as authentic. In the rare event an item is found to be not as described or inauthentic, contact us immediately — we will make it right in line with applicable consumer-protection law.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived — including, where they apply, the right to a remedy for goods that are faulty, not as described, or counterfeit. This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days with tracked delivery. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but will assist with tracking and claims.

7. Payments & chargebacks

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving your item is a breach of these terms and may be disputed with evidence of delivery and your acceptance of this policy.

8. Contact
